Are your products factory seconds or refurbished?

We do not sell any factory seconds. All items we sell are 100% new, direct from the manufacturer.

How is my order handled?

We process orders Monday - Friday, excluding all major holidays. Orders will be processed and shipped in the order they are received. All credit cards are charged immediately. We will update the status of your order (send e-mail updates) as we prepare it for shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to cancel orders for any reason including pricing errors. We accept domestic (US) orders only.

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we do not ship internationally.

Do you ship to APO addresses?

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

How accurate is your inventory and do you take back orders?

We update our stock hourly, but occasionally we will sell out of an item before our stock count is updated. Should this happen we will contact you and let you know of the issue and either (1) cancel/void the entire order or (2) per your permission, adjust the order and proceed with the remaining in stock items.  We do not take back orders.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations at the request of the customer will be honored if the order has not shipped. If shipped you can take advantage of our return policy (see Terms and Conditions)

What if I make a chargeback for my order?

We understand fraud is an unfortunate risk in doing business online. However, chargebacks due to any other reason will be turned over to our collection service if the product is not returned in new condition within 10 days of the chargeback.

What will it cost me to ship an order to my zip code?

You can get an estimate directly from our shopping cart. All you need to do is add the selected items to your shopping cart, and then enter your zip code and click “calculate shipping”. This will provide real-time shipping costs by method.

If I need an item ASAP can you expedite my order?

We expedite all orders that are shipped using expedited shipping. If you select Ground or Priority Mail, your order will ship out in the order we received it. Any order shipped with expedited shipping (3 Day, 2 Day, Next Day, Express) will be expedited and ship same day if placed before 1:00pm EST. Otherwise, it will ship out the next business day.

Do you offer store pickups?

Unfortunately we do not offer pickups at our warehouse.

What is your phone number?

We handle all customer service support through e-mail.  This method allows us the ability to provide a higher level of service that is more efficient than standard phone support offers.  With e-mail we are able to expand our operating hours and resolve issues quickly without wasting your time waiting on the phone.  This helps keep our operating costs down, which we pass on to you in the form of lower prices.

How can I track my order?

If you have an account you can view your order status from your account.  If you checked out as a guest, you will receive an e-mail when your order ships.  All order shipping notices contain a tracking number which you will be able to use to track the progress of your package.
