EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY
FEDTactical Direct has a 30 day return policy. Before you return anything you must first Contact Us for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and shipping instructions. Before any defective item RMA can be opened you must contact the manufacturer first to troubleshoot the issue. We will need this information for the RMA ticket. We cover all return shipping costs for defective items.
If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the following conditions:
Submit for a Return Authorization number** Return to item(s) to us within (30) days Return in original packaging Return to us in resellable condition Copy of invoice enclosed with merchandise All returns must be prepaid No COD’s accepted
** If you would like to make a return, login to your account and click on "Completed Orders". Click on "Return Item(s)" and then fill out the provided form with quantity. We will process your return request and provide additional return instructions.
Items returned to us, other than manufacturer defects, will be accepted at our discretion, if they meet our resellable condition policy. Any products that do not meet our resellable condition policy are subject to a restocking charge of 15%. Any package that has been refused will receive an additional return freight charge.
If the merchandise you wish to receive is out of stock, refund/credit will be issued promptly. All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a credit to the credit card.

Note: Due to safety concerns, we do not accept returns on loaded ammunition.
